(DALIANNEWS)- The 8th China International Software and Information Service Fair (CISIS) raised its curtain at Dalian World Expo Center, June 22, 2010.
The fair with the topic of green growth powered by software takes up an exhibit area of 35,000 square meters, attracting more than 700 companies and over 20 countries and regions from around the world.
CISIS 2010 has a total of six sectors including the international cooperation, software innovation, industrial application, fund link, talents exchange and credit guarantee, and three parts of the exhibitions, conferences and forums and the significant activities.
The fair will hold six theme forums on the software innovation, service outsourcing, industrial trends, patent protection, project management and project innovation, of which the IT Project Management Forum and the Project Innovation Forum will be held for the first time this year.
Apart from this, over 80 forums in more than 50 items such as a series of industrial meetings and the conferences organized by some enterprises, local governments and local associations will be held at the fair.
The fair will also have a number of wonderful cultural activities such as a talent hunting fair, a photography contest, the Russia modern oil painting exhibition and a modern painting art show.
More than 700 companies from around the world such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India and Ireland, up by 15% than that of the previous year, and distinguished guests from more than 20 countries and regions such as U.S., England, France, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Australia, Canada, Russia, Argentina, Philippine, Malaysia, Egypt and Israel, up by 25%, will participated in the fair.
